What is Biodetoxification?
Biodetoxification is a scientifically designed program to help your body get rid of accumulated toxins. Our bodies are designed to handle many naturally occurring toxins, but are overwhelmed by synthetic toxins never before encountered in nature. These include everything from gasoline and diesel fumes, cigarette smoke, industrial pollution, to heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides and other agricultural chemicals in food and the water supply, to plastics and fire retardants.

How to Use the Neti Pot
In the United States, sinus problems are the number one reason people see a doctor. Here's a simple solution: If your sinuses are clogged with mucus or inflamed by pollen, mold, dust or animal dander, then wash it out. I have seen many patients who no longer need sinus medications with regular use of a neti pot. This is an ancient yoga technique that is increasingly advocated by ear, nose and throat doctors.

Active Isolated stretching was developed by Jim and Phil Wharton who have helped a long list of top Olympic level athletes as well as ordinary people recover from a long list of injuries and other physical limitations. This simple technique can really speed rehabilitation from injuries. Be careful not to stretch while a part is still early in the healing phase -- if in doubt wait or see a professional who understands the healing process and can give you guidance.
