Manaquinone-7 is Vitamin K2 (MK-7). Vitamin K1 is important for good blood clotting, but K2 has a wide range of other important functions, You’re going to hear a lot more about this remarkable vitamin. It is one of those nutrients, like omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins A, D and E, that are crucial for health but that have been stripped from our foods by the thoughtless industrialization of our food supply. Vitamin D moves calcium from the gut into the blood stream. Vitamin K2 moves calcium from the blood stream into tissues.
